"Describe your neighborhood" is one of the most common OPIc questions. Many test takers just list facts: "My neighborhood is quiet. There is a park. There are many cafes." The grammar is fine, but it sounds like a list, not a story, and it usually stays at IM.
"사는 동네를 묘사해 보세요"는 OPIc에서 가장 자주 나오는 질문 중 하나예요. 많은 수험생이 사실만 나열해요. "우리 동네는 조용해요. 공원이 있어요. 카페가 많아요." 문법은 괜찮지만 이야기가 아니라 목록처럼 들려서, 보통 IM에 머물러요.
